  Beautiful film full of emotion and comedy hilarious... A second chapter would be nice to see. I advice you to watch as a family. ;) For those who like to have a larmichette, a movie with a super soundtrack. Least remarkable that some of the cartoons reference (Madagascar, ice age), but very effective anyway. My 7 year old son loved it (the youngest of 4 years has less hung) not disappointed with the movie compared to the previous criticisms, I like the look from time to time, very nice story with lots of humor and good actorsA good French comedy, this is good and proves that French cinema is not outside that of turnips. However, too much publicity has been made about this film that isn't extraordinary. He allows himself to see it as a good comedy, with great actors but that is all. Film to see and own, to the goodbye between friends, but it is not at the top of the French cinema. beautiful in 3D, on my tv SAMSUNG UE65JU7500 UHD latest generation of 4K upscaling much better than the movie, frankly, super awesome... Film very funny and wonderfully performed by each actor. We spend a good time by having spectators of a family home evening that degrades gradually and becomes very funny. A must see. The magic of film in bluray. The quality of the image remains identical to that of the dvd, the grain on the image, keep them in some sorts the quality of the time. A remastering of the picture would have been more significant. For the soundtrack, a true pleasure, it being in 5. 1 HD master audio, to be worthy of a bluray. A charm to hear his old tubes in good quality.

  And the soundtrack of the film is, of course, available in English.. Excellent storyline, good dialogues, even if I would have liked to have a fifth marriage... with girls homosexual! The quality is really superb on this edition. The Blu-ray has an audio track to French and is readable without problem on our readers.   "Bodyguard" released in 1992 and directed by Mick Jackson (The director of "Volcano" and "Los Angeles Story" among others...), is an excellent detective movie, cult and very effective, which won a amazing success upon its release at the cinema. Known for the famous song "I will always love you" by the late Whitney Houston, this film also has a fascinating history that includes a beautiful love story that makes them cry. The film tells the fate of a bodyguard, Frank Farmer, who's mission is to protect a singer and an actress at the peak of his glory, Rachel Brown. The latter is threatened with death and is constantly receiving anonymous letters are very threatening. If at the beginning the agreement between Farmer and Brown is not very good, the two beings are going to little by little fall crazy in love with one and the other. But Farmer is still on his guard because the lunatic who wants Rachel to be is never far away. The story is not really an example of originality, but she lets herself follow it with a certain pleasure and do clearly lacks no suspense or emotion. The film has a steady pace, which alternates between action scenes and plot twists with moments of intimate and romantic. You never get bored! An entertainment, effective, spectacular and moving, a must see! The blu-ray offers a picture quality quite disappointing for the HD support. The colors are beautiful but the image lacks in cleanliness, and many grains are visible. This is barely better than the DVD. The age of the film is not an excuse because of blu-ray films from the same era are doing much better. At the level of the sound, the VF is offered in 2. 0 DD. Certainly this sound is of decent quality but it would still preferred to have the 5. 1 DTS-HD MA of the VO. In short, the "Bodyguard" is no doubt one of the most beautiful films of the early 90's, to store on the side of the not less famous and successful "Ghost". A cult film that managed to mix it with know-how policeman and romance.

If you already have the DVD of this film, the purchase in blu-ray is not essential. Otherwise, go for it, this film is simply magnificent! A safe purchase.. Touching, moving and funny, what a movie!!! I was reluctant about the idea of seeing this movie... the trailers do présageaient nothing good. What an excellent surprise it was!!! A character design very successful, a story which I liked and the touches of humor that I like. The blu-Ray is of excellent quality and you can enjoy the sound and the image.. Excellent film that will become a cult or at least I hope, that will may be think about a number of people that are not "racist, " but simply intolerant.. I had to prioris. Even a history of mouse kind stuart litle!.. But it is a great story, full of poetry, and my 3 year old son loves it! Turned up on the same period as the the gendarmes, de Funès held the main role, even chokes a bit of the great Jean Marais. Fantomas is a model of its kind.
